PH username sticker group buy

Due to high demand, the PH username stickers shall be making a return! You won't be able to order these through the shop so I'll be running this in a good old group buy format.



Standard pair – 2" smiley with up to 12 characters per sticker – £6.00 delivered UK
Extended pair – 2" smiley with up to 20 characters per sticker – £7.50 delivered UK

Colours: Available in black, white, silver or gold.

I'll run this first group buy until the 15th April, at which point I'll send you all PayPal details and you'll have a week to pay and supply your delivery address. I'll get them all delivered to PHHQ and post out to you.

Unfortunately I'm afraid there's going to be a bit more of a wait yet, as our supplier is having an unplanned eye operation this week and won't be able to work for a couple of weeks while he recovers.

As soon as we're able to place the order, I'll update this thread to collect payment from you all, but I don't want to start doing that just yet until I've had confirmation we can proceed.

Given that we're going to be waiting another 2-3 weeks now until our supplier is able to start producing these, I'm actually happy for this to stay open until I've heard from him to confirm we're able to place the order. So feel free to continue adding your names for now!

It is going to happen, yes. Unfortunately our sticker supplier is a one man band, so until he has recovered we'll just have to wait. I've had several opportunities to move to bigger suppliers, but personally I like supporting someone who has always delivered and provided a great service.

I'm doing this in my own time to help give something back to loyal PHers. We're pretty much making enough money to cover materials/postage. I'm sorry that you feel disappointed by this, but don't judge me based on other experiences you may have had.

It's just that so many things at PH seem to be ignored these days I made an assumption without realising that there is still someone on the team who is watching out for us!

There are still plenty of us that care and love the brand, but you don't need me to tell you that resource is very scarce at the moment. Also worth pointing out that I (and many others on the team) work across all of our Automotive brands so I only have so much time I can spend on PH. But I came here because I used to live on the site and very much want to protect PistonHeads and allow others to continue to enjoy it too!

UPDATE: Good news – our supplier has recovered from his eye operation and is ready to get going, so it's time to call a halt on this first group buy.

Therefore can you all send me payment by Sunday 13th May and I'll get the order placed on the 14th. Send the correct money for your order to [e-mail] through PayPal, along with the following details:

• Real name
• Username (this is case sensitive, so however you send it to me is how it will be cut)
• Confirmation of size (standard or extended pair), quantity and colour
• Your postal address

As a reminder, the pricing is as follows (there are no discounts for multiples):

If I haven't received payment by midnight on Sunday 13th May, I'm afraid you'll be missed off the order. Sorry there's no easier way to do it, I wish there was! This was the final order placed. I should have all of these (except for Pope) tomorrow and will aim to get them packed up and posted out to you all this week. A few of you didn't send me your address with your payment, so I've dropped the offenders an email
