Fake PH products on Amazon?

Are these shirts anything to do with PH? They use the PH name and the logo is on the shirt, but having bought one the quality is utterly ste:

So, given consumers can't "report" fakes on amazon - will PH do anything about it?

Yes, this is the page I bought from, but clicked the top "buy" button, which is the fake, and not the bottom, which is the genuine. You can see the issue, obviously the fake seller is allowed to list as a seller on pages listed by others, and they end up being the top/default option.

When I click on the link I only see the genuine item (Push Merchandising are the genuine seller) and not the other option.
