AC capacity

I know this has been asked before but I can't find the topic. Does anyone know the capacity of the std AC system when empty? I have no idea and would like to know - getting an AC engineer round who "should" be able to work it out, but want to ask how much they'll put in and would like this info in case they come up with a figure that's wildly different.

Just found it I think.

Current recommendation for a factory system is 500g r134. Can anyone verify?
