Had to recalibrate my SPA dash fuel level this weekend.

My new sender needed almost 15 litres in the tanks before it started to change the resistance.

From that point to brimmed full it was 66 litres. The good thing is I know that my in-tank pump can suck most of that 15 litres as there is only 1/4" of fuel left that it can't suck out of the L/H tank. There was more left in the R/H tank as the outlet is not right in the bottom.

I know the Factory say the tanks hold 88 litres but it is not all available!! You have been warned.

Paul out of curiosity did you take the resistance readings as you filled, and what were they?
I did. They are as follows

Empty (well as empty as the in tank pump will suck it) 69.8 ohms
+20 litres = 61.5 ohms
+30 litres = 50.3 ohms
+40 litres = 41.5 ohms
+50 litres = 31.3 ohms
+60 litres = 17.6 ohms
+66 litres = Brimmed full = 8.1 ohms

You can't put that many readings into the SPA dash so I ignored the brimmed one.
