Has anyone else experienced an issue where the speedo keeps dropping to zero generally when slowing down. Then it sometimes comes back into life but sometimes takes a while.
If cruising along it'll the motorway all works fine, it's only when you slow down and then accelerate again.
Standard Ultima speedo. I've replaced the sensor and have adjusted it to around 1mm from the cogs that spin round on the driveshaft. Adjusting the sensor position seems to maybe make it a bit better but it's so close now that I am a bit scared to adjust it any closer.
Otherwise I guess dodgy wiring somewhere it else dodgy speedo unit.
Interested to know if its only me that's had this.
