Power Steering for GTR

Has anyone got any experience of fitting power steering to a GTR - is it possible and if so what bits are needed. I do a load of trackdays during the summer and by the end of the day the steering has just about finished me - it runs on wide trackday/slicks and it is murder especially through hairpins. I know that I could buy a Porsche or some other power steered thing or go to the gym more but I kinda like the Ultima and want to take some of the effort out. Cheers chaps
