First set of wireless headphones, find the convenience factor great, and loving them so far, however, with regards to the noise cancelling, having never had any noise cancelling headphones before, are my expectations a little much?

I can still here background conversations and TV with a medium volume setting.

I also can't get the ANC only mode to work, always end up turning them off!
