Are there any decent TV review sites?
Discussion
We're looking to upgrade our TV from a 39" Panny to 49" (possibly 55"), looking to spend £500-600, I realise this isn't going to buy us a 'decent' TV but it should get us a decent upgrade from what we already have.
We've been looking at LG's, 49UJ630V/634V/635V/670V but can't seem to find any meaningful reviews, looking that them in John Lewis etc means very little in reality.
I know we should wait until Black Friday but I don't want to end up buying purely because it looks like a good deal with no idea if it's actually any good!
Are there any (half) decent review sites out there worth checking as Googling all the LG models above brings up very little useful info.

I’m sure a few of the TV fanboys on here will disagree but those sites will give you a good idea. No substitute for setting eyes on them yourself and for your budget you will get a decent TV despite what some will tell you. You don’t need to spend 1000s
Not one of those seems to have reviewed any of the LG's we're looking at, I guess when we all paid for content reviews were plentiful?Techradar

'Which' lists 7 best buy tv's 49" to 55" under £600, maybe sign up for a 30day free trial(if they are still doing it) or check if your local library has copies.
Used to subscribe to Which? many years ago but found that many of their award winners were end of life & unavailable by the time they printed their reviews!May be worth signing up for the £1.00 months trial though.
Gave up today & ordered a Panny 50EX700B from John Lewis @ £599.00, had £135 of JL vouchers to use & wanted the 5yr warranty.
Was tempted to spend an extra £300 & go for the EX750B but my OH would not have been happy - this should be a lot better than the the 3.5yr old 39" 400 series Panny it is replacing anyway & looks a lot nicer to keep her happy!
