Tv connection to room without co-ax everywhere?

Hello

We’re planning on re jigging our lounge layout. We have a co ax coming in to the outside wall. Once the lounge is rejigged this will be in completely the wrong place for the TV.

Aside from running the cable a flipping long way to get the tv to where we want it are there any other options? Is there such thing as a tv receiver which will then redistribute the signal from the co-ax to something plugged into the tv?

Thank you all, having last year lime plastered and fitted new skirting I’m not up for drilling holes or putting new skirting in, just wondered if there is another option but seemingly not!

Running trunking isn’t an option either with a 17th century wobbly house...
