Magnum Audio amps

Has anyone heard of, or had experience with, Magnum Audio products? I'm asking here because it was a British company (went out of business a couple years ago).
I ask because I am trying to sell a pre and power amp, but I can't find any reviews or information. The dealer I bought the gear from doesn't have any info, and the importer's phone has been disconnected. Anyone heard of this brand?

I have the MP-160 preamp and MF-330 power amp. Owned from new for the past 8 or 9 years, loved every second of it.
Using my wife's insistence that we finally get a remote control as an excuse to change my whole system. My VTL 2.5 preamp will be delivered tomorrow, going to hook it up to two Audio Note P-zero monoblocks. I have two Diatone full-range drivers that I'm going to build cabinets for. Should sound pretty sweet when I'm all done!
