Freesat install problem,85% signal,no Network/Transport ID?

Put my new Sat dish up,pointed it 28.2 degrees to the east of south,i switched on my Grundig Freesat box and the signal strength is 85% which i think is quite good,go onto the next step of the setup procedure and the box is meant to search for the Network and the Transport ID but it never finds them?Even if i skip this step putting the postcode etc in it doesn't find channels after this?Anyone any ideas?

I've got it pointed at 28.2 east of south which is correct for my area.I've moved the dish cm by cm and can't pick another satellite up.

Freesat box is brand new,got it yesterday.I'll have another fiddle about (technical term) with the dish tomorrow.
