Wallmount TV cable tidy/shelf

There was a thread on here a while back, and someone posted a link to a nice cable hiding/shelf device. I'm hoping to mount a TV on a wall shortly, and rather than spend time putting the cables behind the wall thought I'd try one of these. But I can't find the thread now.
It was similar to this but not as expensive.
Can anyone help!?
