Following the success of the 20th birthday of the Cerbera event last year at Millbrook Proving Ground, we are again looking to organise a 2017 Cerbera outing.

CERBFEST17 21st-23rd July 17

Day 1 Friday: 21st

Northern Meet: were all meeting just of the M6 in Charnock Richard Services (North Bound) at 10:30 before a convoy heading over to Blackpool to see what's left of the Old factory. Breakfast and photos before heading back through Liverpool (BIG tunnel) and into north Wales for good drive hopefully round the Eco Triangle and more tunnels! Finally finishing at the campsite and probably a drive up to a local for food before hunting out the perfect spot for some sunset Pics! Then beer and laughs round the fire at the camp site.
Southern Meet: meet Anytime at Hotel or 9pm at Heston services on The M4
(see the page for hotel detail)

Day 2 Saturday: 22nd

Northern Meet: leave the campsite at approx 9:30 and go for a few laps of the Evo triangle before heading down a few good roads to Newtown were we can meet up with the southern crowd.
Southern Meet: leave the hotel in Bristol at 8:00 and meet at 9:00 (for everyone) on the Rassau industrail estate NP23 5SD then head over to New Factory in Ebbw Vale for some pics and memories. Follow in convoy through some epic roads with awesome views up to Newtown to meet with the Northern Crowd.
All meet at Newton for 12:00 now we can either get lunch at Morrisons, something to go or find a pub we can all grab a bite to eat at!
Leave Newtown and head the scenic route round Snowdonia over to Bangor before heading down the coast road through some of best tunnels Wales has to offer.
This will then depend on times as we will either head straight for the campsite/Karting Track to set up as we have got to be there for 17:00, or we can go for a few laps of the Evo Triangle.
Karting Starts at 18:00 but the briefing will start at 17:30 shortly after the racing begins the BBQ should be ready and food will be served. Karting will last for approximately 3 hours. Those who ain't racing can obviously hit the beer as soon as they park up, racers on the other hand will NOT be allowed to drink until the race has finished!

Day 3 Sunday: 23rd

7:30-8:00 start, (Sorry) for a slow drive round the Karting Track solely for pics and possible video opportunities (maybe then back to bed)
There is a cafe on site where we can get breakfast and we are welcome on the site all day! Once were all feeling good and legal it's time to do as you wish, some will obviously have to head home but others can head for the Evo Triangle and make an afternoon out of it!

Camping is £4 per person, per night.
GoKarting is £65
Evening BBQ is £12.99 per person.
There is a £10 contribution per car towards a professional photographer who will be in attendance.

latest update.....

We have a professional photographer, Nick Williams, www.nwvt.co.uk, joining us for the weekend, we just need to contribute a donation to his costs. we decided on £10 each, with more photos than you can shake a stick at.

Also the karting track / campsite are doing a BBQ for us at £12.99 per person on the Saturday night.

as before Monies up front please to Nev.

Evo Triangle will now be on the Saturday just before karting as, the campsite is inside the triangle!

Sunday will now be a recovery day

Just so it doesn't lead to probs later, you've kindly updated the amount I've paid in the table but you haven't included me in the "Karting" column.

Do you have to be a member of the tvrcc to go to this?
Nope, its an independent event.

Most of us are still members, there is no need to use the TVRCC insurance etc as the karting is covered by the Kart place, and your own insurance for the drives out.

  • ****IMPORTANT CERBFEST INFO******
  • **** PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS ******
Evening all, just a bit of info regarding cerbfest bookings, cancellations, refunds and extra people/ cars joining us.
We've had a couple of people asking about pictures, refunds, last minute additions and changes so Nev and I have set a few ground rules as per the booking confirmations.
Pictures £10 per car (optional)
Please note that this is absolutely optional but unless you pay then you will not be able to access the pictures taken over the weekend by Nick as it's not fair on the those that have paid for Nick to join us.
Late Additions:
The absolute latest date to join up or add people is 12:00 on Friday 14th July 2017
Camping is not Cerbera exclusive so we have no issues with others joining us on the Saturday evening just remember the dead line
Refunds:
Now we know this is going to be a awkward but we have to make sure we are not out of pocket.
Obviously the most Expensive part of Cerbfest is Saturday Night and we know how unreliable our cars can be so we would like to suggest that if you are unable to bring your cerb and you still want to attend in your daily then that's fine. We would request that no other TVR is added to our line up though.
Refunds will be available up until 12:00 on the 1st July 2017. After this no refund will be given until after the event.
Now after the event, providing we haven't been charged for you or your passengers then all but the £10 for the pics will be refunded.
