New series starting on Sky Atlantic this week I think - really very good. Stars Damian Lewis and Paul Giamatti as a Billionaire fund owner (Lewis) and the DA (Giamatti) out to get him. Cracking script, great support cast and great music. Highly recommended.

First 2 eps of the second series and it shows no sign of flagging. Really loving this programme, probably the best thing on TV at the moment. IMO of course.

Its aired on Sunday evening in the US. Cant help but feel there's another twist and things won't be completely screwed for Ax.

Why no mention of Dollar Bill's crashing his car into the absolute Porsche bell end at the end of the previous ep?? Its like it never happened?

Still really love this programme - the best thing on TV now IMO.

I think he may lead to big trouble for Axe. There have been a few scenes where they've made a point of saying "If only we could find this guy with the beard and the hat". Now he's back in business he may just get recognised.

Really enjoying this series - by far the best thing I'm watching at the moment. The only thing I would criticise is the cartoonish idiocy of Spyros. He's so over the top irritating and silly it seems such a lazy character in such high class writing.

Every trader I've ever met has had a fair degree of 'themselves'. Dollar Bill is the only one that reminds me of them.

I can live with that because if they were all Dollar Bills it'd be mayhem every week.

The nastiest character in the whole show is Chucks father. The way he gleefully told him how he got one of chucks school friends dropped from their preferred college was delicious.

Cracking start to the new series. This is easily my favourite current drama on TV. Like to see more of Chuck Sr's back story though....

Definitely - involving 'BlackJack' Foley too.... I love the way he calls Chuck Sonny whenever he wants to make a point.

Having my first doubts about this series now. Still enjoying it, don't get me wrong, but there was a moment when Bobby was giving the speech at his sons school where I thought it was just a rip off of Gordon Gekkos greed is good speech. Far too OTT.

Sorry but the show has jumped the shark.

Completely unbelievable storyline with the ADA running a personal campaign against Prince, joining in demonstrations on the street (that was the moment the shark was jumped).

No disrespect to Corey Stoll but there isn't the venality and darkness that Damian Lewis brought to the role. Add in the lame storyline with his (ex?) wife and it's far too soapy.

Also the writers have fallen into this lazy habit of making every character reference obscure celebrities and characters to make a point. It seemed to be Princes thing in S4 but now every character is doing it and its just annoying.
