And surprisingly Sean Bean isn't dead by the end of the first episode.

Yep, totally agree to that.

Just finished it.

Genuinely left feeling really uncomfortable. Don't think TV has ever had that impact before which sounds ridiculous but it was unpleasant viewing but the sort that you just couldn't stop watching.

I think I preferred how it worked. Short and in three episodes focussing on two main characters & their lives, rather than the 'detail' from the wider stories that could drag it out to a full length 6 or 8 episode series.
