Young child abducted from park in Manchester

!!!!!! Anyone live near heaton Park please share little white girl age 6 or 7 with pink coat and my little pony wellies has been abducted from her parents by an Asian male and put into a car as everyone was leaving the park ... please share! Park is on lockdown every car is being searched 😔!!!!!

It may be false and I apologise for being naive if it is, this is what folk appear to be saying who were at the event. Pretty sick rumour to start if it is false.

It sounds like somebody reported they saw an abduction, but nobody has reported a child missing.
So either somebody hasn't noticed their child is missing yet, or they haven't reported them missing for some reason, or what people saw was a child being forced into a car but not abducted (the Asian adults were reasonable for the child), or it was made up.

It still appears in google search, but has been removed from twitter but not before being retweeted several thousand times.

I think somebody might be in a lot of trouble, wasting police time, malicious communication, inciting racial hate all seem plausible.
