I've just returned to London after a 2 year gap living in Surrey. Londoner all my life but I'm already planning on getting out as quick as possible.

The fact that I can only get insurance at less than eye watering prices if at all, at the age of 55, if I ride something old and scummy makes my own blood boil.

And it's all thanks to allowing these feral scum to do whatever they want.

Love a decent bike but it's pointless in London now.

That's a load of bks from the police about security.

I had all the heaviest and most expensive chain, padlock and disc lock yet all that was left of my bike was the part of the thick chain link. Angle grinder took it apart in seconds.

Love the fact he starts a 5 year driving ban when he gets out. I suppose he'll be worried about his increased insurance premiums too.
