Tough when your growing a business but utterly normal across all sectors

I stopped working years ago for a couple of companies who decided their new payment terms would be changing from 30 days (in reality payment received after 5-6 weeks) to 60 days, as I was supplying materials and merchants want paying every 30 days without fail or account put on hold, it wasn't financially possible for me to keep working for them.
