Dyson have confirmed they are mving their headquarters to Singapore

The hair dryers are costing the company a fortune .They seem to just send out new ones when you call and tell them its bust .Now there must be a simple fix? but rather than fix the issue at the factory. they just send out another .which breaks . so another one gets sent out ! etc etc . I am sure they chinese will copy and probably get it right. But when they work its the best .

My wife loves hers. The only problem she had was when the filter got blocked. She didn't realise it had one ...Saleen836 said:

The unit cost to the company will be very little, a faction of the sale value sending a few replacements out won't be a big deal. Not-The-Messiah said:

Depends. Some retailers are thinking about pulling them. / Its a flawed design that over heats ..And remember their washing machine ! Doors fell off .they just about all broke down, Cost them a few £ . maybe not a huge % of their takings. But enough to do some damage .
