I know that posting rule 16 is causing some angst, PH is taking advice from the legal team so hopefully things might change. As it stands there is no problem with posting a link and giving a précis of the content, it is copy and paste which is for forbidden.

For example:
BBC news reporting the flooding in Europe and saying that scientists are blaming it on climate change.
