British Media/Politicans and Asian Men

Re child exploitation - I find it quite annoying that the media and politicans of late keep lumping everyone who is of indian / Pakistani descent into this one umbrella term of "asian men".

The fact they fear upsetting voters of Pakistani descent and hence use this umbrella term should be reconsidered in light of the fact that sikhs and hindus have a different value system to muslims (not saying worse or better -you can decide for yourself - I will just say different).

I hope everyone who has read these stories and seen the references to 'asian men' will note the quite big difference - the purpose of my post is to highlight that.

(I know I switched from country to religion there, but it made my point easier to put across).
