Exchanging a small amount of Euros
Discussion
When we moved house recently and as a housewarming gift my grandad was going to give me £100. However, following a heated discussion regarding our opposing views on Brexit, he gave it to me in Euros as a tongue in cheek "good luck on the continent!" gift.
I thus have €115.
I've no plans to actually go to any Euro-zone countries in the immediate future and with limited exchange-and-currency knowledge wondered if there was much point in holding on to it for a while or doing anything more useful than taking it to a bureau de change and getting £80 for it.
