IFA in Reading / Wokingham area - any to try / avoid?

I would like to get my financial s
t together so to speak, and at least two IFA that I have contacted either don't work in this area any more (fair enough) or are so busy that they can't possibly answer a phone or return a call or email (tts).
Therefore some local knowledge on one that's good with pensions and investments would be much appreciated.
