Hi All
I am looking at buying an old victorian cottage that has 2 staircases where the stair depth is not very deep. ( I have to climb the stairs carefully with feet turned to the side on the step) Does anyone know about how much it might cost and whether it wouLd be posible to increase the depth, by ?adding to or changing the stairs. I appreciate they are narrow because the staircases are quite steep.
Would be nice to keep them looking old if at all possible!
Thanks for any thoughts
Sparky
