Anyone here got one of these?

They are very expensive but I've only ever read positive reports on them. Might go and look at them at the nearest dealers, then look for one second hand.

Well five years after starting this thread and I still don't own one. But I am going to go and look at them at a local branch of HSL tomorrow.
They have an offer running for a Stressless Opal with footstool in Bastick leather from £999, though I'm guessing I will need the large size at £1,099. The Signature base looks good as well. I like the cream colour below, but not sure how practical that will be?
(Stressless themselves also have a 20% discount offer)

And 5 years later, the chair is now over 10 years old and doesn't have any defects. It's still the one everyone takes if possible. Having had a couple of knee replacements, I have been through periods of landing quite heavily into it.

Do try before you buy as I've had some quite large people say that it's very comfortable - the large is LARGE!
Im pleased you are still happy with your chair Paul. What colour leather is yours and does it get dirty or discolour easily? I like the cream colour but I just don't think it will be practical in our house. I might consider buying some good quality leather feed if I do buy a Stressless chair.

My wife had them from her previous marriage along with a 3 seater sofa

After years of pondering and sucking through my teeth at the price, today I went to look at them and ordered one.
HSL currently have an offer running where they are selling some models at reduced price, even cheaper than the current Stressless 20% offer.

I've ordered..
Stressless Opal
Large size
Oak Classic base
Batick cream leather
With footstool
£1,099
Normally a 48hr delivery, but is currently 2 weeks due to Covid

Also ordered the computer table to go with it..

I've had Stressless stuff for the last 15 years.

The recliner chairs are very comfortable for reading, etc. They do a laptop stand so you can work on it aswell, which is neat.

I had a reclining 3 and 2 seater sofa, which the OH didn't like as she could lie across it so we got non-reclining Stressless. It's not great. We'll probably get a recliner for Study/conservatory next and go with a different style for the lounge.

Whatever you get, it is well made though and comes with 10 year guarantee (at least they always used to)
I’ve ordered the laptop table, though it wasn’t cheap. I haven’t tried their sofas but they do seem to have their lovers and haters.
