Spray paint disaster - is there any way to rescue this?
Discussion
Im spraying a guitar body but it looks like one of the colour coats was not set properly because even though it felt dry, when I later pushed my thumb across it it was clearly still soft under the 'skin' of the top layer.
The wood body had two coats of primer, three of colour (pale blue) and then a couple of clear lacquer.
This is the colour paint. I left double the recommended time between coats.

Is there any way it can be rescued? If I leave it long enough, will it eventually harden enough to sand?
