Epoxy Floor Paint - Sealing Floor / Wall Joint First ?

I'm about to paint my new garage floor with epoxy 2 pack paint, however I'm wondering what others have done to fill the crack between the floor / wall

I don't think caulk would be the right product to use and I'm not keen on ladling a load of paint on either.

Poured around 6 months ago - been covered with a roof for 3 months so nice and dry

Many Americans seem to use caulk I'd rather use something better but that seems OTT

It's only the edge of the (new) slab where it meets the walls - I'm probably over thinking it
