Has anyone bought any of these mattresses and have any feedback on them?

Our loft conversion is complete and a new bed is arriving in a couple of weeks, so I need a new mattress. These seems to have brilliant reviews, 100 night "sleep guarantee" and seem incredible value.

Are they any good?

Thanks all. Feedback here seems to follow the reviews online - a couple of people unhappy but most are pleased with the purchase.

Comparing Ergoflex, Otty, Casper, Eve, Simba and Leesa the Otty (with 2 free pillows) seems the best value so will give that a try and see how we get on.

Just an update from me - had the Otty for a few nights now and it is fantastic! Only had the pillows 1 night (I forgot to put the code it for them but they sent them out next day anyway) and again, very impressed.

I can't imagine we will be sending it back with the 100 nights trial - it's at least as comfortable as other than cost twice as much.

Customer service is excellent too.

Another update....we bought a John Ryan Artisan Naturals medium mattress in December, and having slept on it for 3 weeks now, my back is definitely worse when I wake up than it was on our old mattress, I'm even waking up in the night with back pain which I didn't do before.

We are going to put our old mattress back on the bed for a few nights to see if it helps, but I think it is likely the JR is going to have to go back, which is disappointing as I was hoping it would give me a better nights sleep than our 10+ year old mattress. I think it may be that it is too soft for me. My wife thinks it is ok, but not a big difference given the cost.

We could swap it for another JR, but they don't give you the 60 day trial again (understandably) so whatever we swap it for we would be stuck with, so are betting going for a refund.

Not sure what to do now, wasn't that keen on the foam type Simba, Leesa etc, though noticed that the Emma got a Which Best Buy for 2017 so could do another trial. I guess we are going to have to visit John Lewis and some bed stores, but lying on a bed for 30 seconds isn't really going to tell you if a mattress works for you or not.
If it helps we are still really happy with our Otty. From what I've read, and comparing it to a Simba at John Lewis, it's a bit firmer than the other similar mattresses.

Might be worth a try?

Those reviews highlight what a minefield getting a new mattress is. One says the Leesa feels cooler than others, another says it's quite warm & not best for those who get hot at night. One says the Casper isn't as good as the Leesa for side-sleepers, another says the Casper is better than the Leesa.

I thought I wanted a Leesa, but now I'm not sure & while the 100 day trial is a big help I'd rather not have to haul multiple mattresses up & down stairs.
With Otty you can request a 2 man team to deliver it to the room of your choice (for free IIRC), not sure if they send the same to collect.

I don't find the Otty too hot, and I sleep on my side while my wife sleeps on her back, and both find it ok.

When I was looking, Otty didn't seem to get as much press as the others but the customer reviews were all good which is why I went for it. It was cheaper than most others too (especially with Quidco cashback and free pillows or £50 off offer).
