East Facing Garden ?
Discussion
Looking to move and have successfully sold our current house, and whilst I know you can't have everything and will need to make compromises, the places we've viewed just don't have 'IT'.
one particular issue is, and i don't know if it's me being ignorant or that they are proper concerns.
We took a look at a property this weekend, very very nice but we worked out the garden was East facing. Given that we both like to sit out side when ever we can and chill out, and currently have a SW facing garden, how much of an issue would it be ?
I just have it in my head that during the evening, the house will be casting a shadow on the garden and that it won't be as warm in the summer, and will be even damper in the winter months ?
