any out of the box solutions that use a 2 point beam that chirp a siren in the house.
I know texecom do one but it seems too complicated to set up.

Sister had one of those cheap ebay units and it was a bit crap. Id rather pay couple hundred pounds. After speaking to a local electrical shop they advised to buy a cheap control panel and wire in the 12v power from beams. Didnt seem that complicated. Il stick with the most basic control panel i can find.
