How much does moving cost

Looking at selling my property and actually shocked as to the price of selling it my god!


House is worth 120k. Fees look to be in the region of about 3 thousand pounds to sell :/. How can i make this cheaper? Purple bricks seems to save a bit but still costly and not heard great things about them.

Not used them to sell but they seem to be very popular on RM, a few places I have bookmarked are marketed by them. It kind of puts me off wanting to view etc.

why on earth is any sad pathetic little person trying to bellitle anyone who lives in a cheaper area of the country, at least i have plenty of disposible income and im not mortgaged up to the eyeballs.
