Moss on house roof

A question for the knowledge of PH.

We have some moss growing on the front of our roof, this is almost North facing so does not get much direct sun.

I personally don't think it is an issue other than blocking the gutters if it comes off the roof and into the gutter.

She thinks we should pay someone to go up and clean it and I presume weedkiller it all.

Have a look at the pic, I think it's nowt yes there is some moss but it's not like it is covered, but I know nothing it's just my opinion.

I think I will ignore it for now and look at getting it done next year.

Just have to convince her indoors that it's the right course of action so she will shut up about it.
