Treadmill Upstairs

I want to put my treadmill in a spare room upstairs.

The spare room has only just been decorated, but no flooring done yet.
It's a chipboard floor over original beams.

The concern is obviously going to be from noise.

Can anyone recommend the best finish for the floor to keep the noise to a minimum?

I did delete a line in my original post about my 16 stone fat ass bouncing the floor.

I could put a thin carpet over it to blend it in.
