Which new hoover?

Currently have a Sebo X4 which to be honest has been great. It's starting to self power off a bit too often.

I would simply go and buy a direct replacement.... but..... since we bought the current one we have bought aq dog, so have dog hair (albeit not a lot)

What are peoples recommendations? And why

Filters are regularly changed.

I didn't mention it in OP..... we're not Dyson fans. Twice bitten and all that. Did have a DC01, then a DC07, and when new they were brilliant but over a short period (couple of years) they simply lose their suction.

Will have to look into the Sharks....
