I had a place which had alot of questions unanswered come sale time,the problem was solved for £100 indemnity each time and i had alot! It was sold ontime.DO NOT GET THE COUNCIL PLANNING INVOLVED.

Thats not what happened with me,i spent thousands and 3 months trying to get the council building approval,it wasnt getting done,so my lawyer just got an indemnity on everything.But i did hear that you should not contact the council just do the indemnities.I wish i had known this as it would have saved time and money.

I wouldnt give adivce on such an important thing ask your solicitor.My comments are just what happened to me at a sale.
