Best Patio Cleaner / Dirt Remover?

Looking for a decent patio cleaner recommendation?

Something that I can just spray on and leave for a day or so and then jetwash off if needed.

This is not mould or algae - it's just more grubby dirt.

Ideally deliverable from Amazon

If it's just grubby a Jetwash will bring it up a treat. No need for chemicals.

Yeah that's what we normally do, and it's OK, but I was hoping there was something outthere to give a bit of extra sparkle...

This time of the year again and the patio is due a clean....

Any update on the products mentioned above - I think we tried Jeyes last year - it was OK but nothing special.

Iv'e seen BAC50 getting mentioned alot but that seems to b a fungicide / algaecide rather than a general cleaner?
