Sound proofing a wooden garden room

We’re having a garden room built from timber in a few weeks time - the usual home gym, family room type building. We would like to try to reduce any noise from the room when playing music or watching movies etc. The building will have insulation in the floor, roof and ceiling, is it worth considering any products that might both provide insulation and help to reduce sound?

The proposal is to install 75mm Rockwool along with multi foil insulation in the walls and then finish off with decorative MDF interior panels rather than plasterboard to avoid future cracking of the plastered finish.
The windows and doors are all aluminium double glazed units with integral aluminium blinds.
