Water grass without water box hedging

We have a small garden that is surrounded by box hedging which cannot be watered for fear of box blight. Is there a good sprinkler system on the market that will water the grass and not the hedge that borders between grass and soil. The garden is slightly wavy hence my predicament.

Wait a bit, the caterpillars will arrive and eat it all and your problem will solve itself.
