Spider Season

Seems to be starting early this year. The annual nest(s) in the garage are increasing earlier and I've seen two big ones in the house in the last week. (One brown, one black.)

Anything to do with the warm weather we had? Has it tricked them into thinking it's September now?

Yep! He's had nearly 12 hours to put it up.

Haven't seen anymore spiders my end yet. In the house at least, haven't been in the garage for a little while.

I have a new, quite large, black, 8 legged, 8 eyed friend in my bedroom.

First spotted last night, has just woken me up by walking slowly, not scurrying, across my chest.

He/she's gone into the darkness now, and was too quick for a photo op last night.
