There used to be a tubby cat that used to lounge in our garden like it owned it, then it disappeared for a bit to be replaced by an identical thin cat that is always hungry (same cat).

Now its possible the owner put it on a diet but we think its lost its owner (died / moved away) we feed it cat milk and dried food which it wolfs down every last bit

Assuming its stray do we call the RSPCA to read its chip (if it has one) or who else would we call?

Not sure I'm brave enough to try and get him to the vet but hopefully he will trust us
