After owning a few different breeds incl Doberman,Poodle,German Shepherd i want to show appreciation to the Staffy breed. In the 4 years i have owned my now 7 yr old dog Bailey that i found at our local rescue centre Foal Farm in Biggin Hill Kent he has become such a joy to have in our family.
Anyone else care to share a pic of their Staffy

Thanks for the pics so far of your wonderful pets..
My son was parking up his car on our drive this afternoon and looked up the road to see what he thought was a rubbish bag being blown down the road but it was in fact a brown and white staffy running between the traffic and into gardens, fortunately nobody hit her and my son managed to get a harness and lead and urge the dog to come to him.He managed to calm the dog down and take it to our local vets who has located the owner via a chip...
No pics but thankfully he was there...

Hopefully this could be of use...
My Staffy was diagnosed soon after we got him with mild dysplasia and our local vet referred us to Fitzpatrick referrals (the super vet on ch4) to be told he may need a operation on both front legs at a cost of £7k per leg (thank goodness for insurance) but after a chat with our local village pet shop i was told turmeric/olive oil and a crushed pepper corn mixed into his morning and evening meals may help which it did massively.
Over 2 years have gone by without any limping and he has had 2 check ups at our local vets and the all clear has been given..
For those of you who may need to try this we give one teaspoon of olive oil,one teaspoon of tumeric and one crushed peppercorn mixed with each meal..
