Anyone know about spiders?

We have a few spiders in our house like this one below.

It looks a bit like some of the false widow pictures I've seen online, anyone know if this is what it is? I'm aware they are not usually particularly dangerous but it would be good to know nonetheless.

This one is in the kids play room and I think we have a couple more in the conservatory.

Well I've now managed to evict the three large ones we've seen in the house but, we have since seen at least one baby one in the conservatory so it's not looking good for the future!

In addition, I had a little clear out of the shed and found a little cluster of the fkers, not as big as the ones in the house but still, it seems like we have a little problem.
