Anyone been?

Jewel Dunns River
Couples tower isle
Sandals Grande Riveria (Seems a bit too big)

Or somewhere else? Will be going into Kingston and is for a 2 weeks in march. After a quiet resort with fewer of our "loud american friends" Needs to be an all inc too.

There are nicer islands if youve not booked already
The destination is airmiles dependant. StLucia is an option but is around £1K or more for the resort, more expensive than jamaica. We've done Negril before an as it will be basically 2 weeks in an all inclusive I don't think we'd get that much more value out of StLucia....

David,

Me and wifey are off to Couples Sans Souci in two weeks time. Excellent resort in Ocho Rios and our second visit. I suggest you check it out on tripadvisor and seriously consider it. There are 'septics' there but despite my general feelings about them it is so not a loud resort. It is adult couples only (hence the name - no kiddies) and is very highly rated as an hotel group in the caribbean. Please feel free to pm me if you have more questions after you have reviewed the various options. There are two couples resorts in Ocho Rios and I have stayed in one (Couples Sans Souci) and visited the other (Couples Tower Isle). I would not recommend CTI as it is more Hotel-like and a bit more of a party place. CSS is truly excellent with all top brand drinks (full sized bottle supplied to mini bar if requested!) and the food in the three restaurants is superb. Check it out!

FYI, I am not in any way connected with the company and this is all, most definitely, in my own, honest, opinion.
Actually now booked to StLucia and probably sandals halcyon. We did couple swept away in negril a couple of years ago which was ok - just too many septics and average food. Halcyon is only 160 rooms so relatively small. Fingers crossed.

Thanks for the feedback, ended up going with St Lucia as had to make a quick decision to ensure airmiles flights.

Will report back after the hols! Though if any pointers on St Lucia let me know.
