Not me unfortunately....a friend is off to Nepal for a bit of trekking week after next and has a few questions she can't find answers to on the net, so I thought I'd throw it open to you well seasoned folks.

Travel Adapters - what type pin arrangement do they have?

Cash/cards - what's best to take? Can you get cash out of a machine with a bank debit card?

Any other helpful hints would be most gratefully received I'm sure.

haha - and the first line of the link is about a person missing in Nepal.
