Just got back from a week in Cornwall - what an amazing place, stunning scenery, 25+ degrees and sunny everyday, lots to do, great micro breweries (don't get Ale abroad!), the Minack Theatre is stunning..... what's not to like (apart from maybe the weather could have been different)
