Anyone recommend a hotel in centre of Paris?

Hi all.
Week off next week, as the kids are on an outward bound experience. So we have a week with no kids. Wanted to go to Cornwall to rock climb, but the weather looks cold and miserable, so a city break in Paris is a possibility.
Anyone recommend a nice hotel in the centre, at reasonable rates. About £200 a night for both of us is plenty for me to spend.

Should be cheaper now everyone is being shot eh?
