Any suggestions for hotels, restaurants, things to do etc?!

We are thinking about 5 nights in Positano and 3 nights on Capri to allow sufficient time for sightseeing and relaxation!

Positano is a good base, bit small for the number of days you plan to be there, maybe. It's a very busy little town and a great place to get a boat to for lunch.

You can get ferries to everywhere including Capri and, I'm pretty sure, Naples direct too.

We will have a trip to Vesuvius and a trip to Pompeii and the transfer to Capri on the final day, so that won't leave much time to look around Positano or visit other nearby towns.

It looks as if we will be staying at Casa Angelina in Praiano followed by the Capri Palace on Capril.

If anyone has any suggested tour companies for trips to Vesuvius, Pompeii etc, then please let me know!
