St Tropez Yachts

Was wandering around St Tropez today and looking at the yachts in the harbour. I looked a few up on google, and as far as I can see they are pretty much all either for sale or available for charter. Does anyone actually privately own any of them, and is chartering yachts at £100k a week that big a business that it can support that many yachts?
