Cotswolds - what to do?

Just to tie this thread up, we had a great time exploring a lot of the places mentioned on the thread.
Highlights were broadway tower, lower slaughter, broadway, Burford, Daylesford farm (excellent beef), Dormy House, Bourton on the water, stow on the wold.
The north end of The Cotswolds seems much more upmarket, we went down to Castle Combe (beautiful) but other than that it wasn't as impressive as the north.
Everywhere was relatively quiet, so was very pleasant to stroll around the villages. I imagine in peak summer it could be pretty busy.
