Have a tripped booked and sorting out travel money, The Lira is the official currency but the hotel were keen to get paid for the transfers in euros.

Is it worth taking some of both? It's all inclusive so doubt will need much just for odd shopping and gifts.

Also am I right in thinking the sockets over there are just euro 2 pin plugs? Somehow ended up reading about type c-f and now I'm confused.

I think I will just take Euros. Everything is all inclusive so will be minimal spend outside of that apart from gifts.

The transfer is E120 for dedicated coach there and back so will probably take 300 in total

hotel is 50min away from the airport and with it being first time the little man is travelling need something as stress free as possible.

Did you just hail a taxi or pre-booked?

Further question, socket adapters are the normal 2pin euro ones okay?

Does anybody have any recommendations on transfer, looking to compare the prices. Happy to organise myself if it is significantly cheaper but ideally from reputable place
